I am just getting ready to try carb cycling. I am looking into carb cycling to lose the stubborn belly fat over my abs. Both cycles can work, and you can change cycles at any time! Truck was hard starting in the cold. I hope this helps — you can do this! What cycle do you recommend? Anything I need to adjust to get better results?
