The customer service reps, and supervisors refused to issue any type of refund. I looked at the website too and didn't get any response when I wanted to so I went to Marilyn's Plan and bought her book.

It's easy and simple to use and you check in once a week by yourself in the privacy of your own home, not surrounded by other people so you can die of embarrasment when they see you gained a pound that week.
