I have no complaints so far. And lunch either a salad with half grilled chicken breast, 1tbs of ranch dressing or repeat breakfast again. Eating more furits and veggies , its seems ive lost some weight but what i can do to obatin losing this 20 pounds by the end of april. I am 5ft Never the less this diet really works and I feel great.
